Services Offered by the CSO
Resume and Cover Letter Review Service
- Students can bring or email their resumes or cover letters to the Career Services Office to be critiqued by either Mary Hoagland or Beth Hansen. Turnaround time is normally 48 hours.
Career Classes/Seminars
- Professional Development Skills Training Class. Includes instruction on writing resumes and cover letters, interviewing, networking and other career development skills. (1/2 credit, Fall Semester only)
- Professional Development Lecture Series Class. This class provides students with the opportunity to hear from practicing attorneys from a variety of firms and offices. (1/2 credit per semester, Fall & Winter Semesters)
- Small group discussions and/or networking interviews with Alumni Board Members (normally during Fall Semester)
- Small group discussions with visiting Law Society members (normally during September)
