What do I do if my Dell laptop has a problem?

1. Come visit the help desk so we can verify that the problem is with the hardware of the computer and is not a software problem. If you are sure there is a hardware problem with your computer go to step 2.

2. Locate the 'Express Service Code' on the bottom of your computer (see diagram 1), then continue to step 3.

3. Call Dell Customer Support at: 1-800-822-8965 Note: If you purchased your Dell Laptop through the Law School and you are calling between the hours of 8am and 5pm your call should be routed to a US based call center.
