If you get a message saying that your mailbox is full then one of two things has happened.
You have exceeded your 30MB limit and need to delete some of your emails, be sure to also look in your sent items folder and your trash as these also count toward your total (only delete those with attachments, they are the ones taking up most of the space).
We will need to run a clean on your email account. This clean is automaticly run each week but if you need we can manually run the clean and it will immediately update your size totals. If this is the case, send your Name and NetID in an email to helpdesk@lawgate.byu.edu, or call the helpdesk at 422-3884, or come up and see us in Room 472.
