How Do I Print With My Own Paper (Bond Ect.) on the CO-OP Printers?
- To print onto special paper types you need to make sure that tray one is installed on your printer. Go to the start menu, choose "Printers and Faxes" (or Control Panels>Printers and Faxes). Right click on the CO-OP printer you wish to print in. Select the Properties option. Then select "Tray 1 Installed". You will only have to do this step the first time that you print onto your own paper.

- When you want to print to your own paper, you will go to File: Print like normal and you will need to go to properties in that menu. Then you will need to go to the Paper t, there you will be able to change paper size, source, and/or type and set to what tray you want your job to come from. Pick Tray 1.

- Next you will want to Click on the Job Storage tab. You will want to set it to Private Job and assign a PIN to print with. That way you can make sure that it is your job that gets printed on your paper. Hit OK and then Print. Then go to the Printer load your Paper into the Printer and hit the Check Button and go to "Retrieve Job" option choose and print your job.

- Using held jobs is a great way to make sure that your print doesn't get thrown away or picked up by accident by someone else, even for normal jobs.
