Fellow Editors: Welcome to the new system!
In the future, I anticipate that this will be a page where authors can come and upload their articles directly into our system, rather than have Geoff submit it for them.
Currently, however, all it is a placeholder for the main login page. Please login using the login form up at the top right corner.
By the way, as much as I dislike it, I designed this page for Internet Explorer, and it looks best in that browser . . . sorry all Firefox devotees . . .
