Expected Learning Outcomes - JD

  1. Students will understand the fundamental principles of Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property, Structures of the Constitution, Torts, Professional Responsibility, and a large number of elective courses.

  2. Students will be able to engage in legal analysis, reasoning, and problem solving.

  3. Students will be able to perform legal research.

  4. Students will be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing regarding legal matters.

  5. Students will be able to recognize and resolve ethical issues in light of ethical, moral, and religious principles.

  6. Students will have the ability and desire to engage in lifelong learning and service.
