Supreme Court Review CLE

Location: Wilkinson Center Garden Court

The first Supreme Court Review CLE will be held on Sept. 21st, in conjunction with Constitution Day on Sept. 17th. This event will be divided into three hours of instruction. During lunch, Professors Lisa Sun, John Fee, RonNell Anderson-Jones and David Moore will be joined by Jeff Johnson, who recently completed his clerkship with Justice Elena Kagan. They will discuss how the deliberation process actually works. During the next two hours, Professors John Fee, Carolina Nunez, RonNell Anderson-Jones, Fred Gedicks, and Cole Durham will be presenting on the outcome of specific decisions and the potential impact of those cases. Due to space considerations, the event will be held in the Garden Court in the Wilkinson Student Center across the street from the law school. Registration for attorneys begins at 11:30 with lunch service beginning soon afterward. The program will start at 11:45 with a brownie break after lunch and three hours of CLE credit possible for Utah attorneys (Bar approval pending).
