Moot Court Competition

Friday, Oct. 30, the four best 2L advocates, Eli McCann, Jeff Barlow, Analise Quinn, and Jodi Borgeson, will argue in front of a distinguished panel of judges including Justice Allison H. Eid, Colorado Supreme Court, Judge Milan D. Smith, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Judge Clark Waddoups, United States District Court, District of Utah.

The winning team will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

The preliminary rounds for the 2009 Rex E. Lee Moot Court Competition were held Saturday, October 24.  Participants competed in two rounds to get a spot in the quarterfinals.
