This year's BYU Negotiation Competition was an unprecedented success. Out of over 70 participants, Adam Clare & Stephanie Barclay, Doug Shumway & Elsa Jacobsen emerged triumphant negotiators. Adam and Stephanie, the first place winners, were ranked #1 by every single one of their judges in every round of the competition. Doug Shumway and Elsa Jacobsen, the second place winners, were ranked close behind.
Adam, Stephanie, Doug, and Elsa will represent BYU Law School at the ABA Regional Negotiation Competition which will take place at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. They will also be invited to join the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society Board.
