Professor Lynn Wardle and The Marriage & Family Law Research Project at the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University are pleased to announce a Symposium that is tentatively entitled "Same-Sex Marriage and Gay Adoption: Inclusion, Compromise, Protection and Consequences." The Symposium will convene at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University on Friday, November 2, at 10 a.m. and conclude by 4 p.m.
The symposium will have two panels and feature papers presented by 6-8 participants. Participants will reflect a variety of perspectives, from advocates to opponents of same-sex marriage and lesbi-gay couple adoption, from domestic to international.
Papers presented in the symposium that are timely submitted and publishable will be published in a forthcoming issue of the BYU Journal of Public Law.
